Warranty

All materials and workmanship is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal everyday home use. This warranty is not transferrable to subsequent owners and property inhabitants. This warranty will be considered void on any Fall Mountain product that has been subject to misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, improper application, improper modification, and /or improper installation. Construction

All Fall Mountain Home products are manufactured by Fall Mountain Furniture (established in 1975). Constructed using solid wood and wood veneers, there is absolutely no particle board, or fiberboard, in any of our Fall Mountain Home products. Our finishes are all environmentally friendly, water based, sealers and top coats. Assembled using only a rubber mallet, there are no special tools, drilling, or turning of screws required to assemble any of our Fall Mountain Home products. We do recommend that our closet and shoe systems are secured to the wall. Details assembly instructions, with pictures, are provided with each product.

Payment

All sales made on the Fall Mountain website are subject to review before becoming final. If any irregularity is detected, the transaction will be suspended, the buyer will be contacted by e-mail, and the transaction will continue only after resolution of the irregularity by mutual agreement between the buyer and Fall Mountain. Online shopping services are provided by PayPal.
