Shipping

We ship using UPS ground and must ship to a physical address. We cannot ship to a post office box.

Shipping will take between 3 and 7 days depending on where you are located. At the time of shipment you will receive a tracking number to be able to track your shipment.

If something is damaged in transit it will be replaced at no cost. The customer is responsible for damage to the product from incorrect installation. If there is damage due to shipping, all packaging must be saved for UPS inspection.

Fall Mountain Home Units are shipped FREE in the continental US.

Contact us for shipping outside of the continental US.

 

Returns

If you’re not satisfied with our product, simply return it to Fall Mountain within 30 days of purchase. The parts must be re-packed in the original boxes and taped securely. You will be refunded the purchase price less a $75.00 restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the return shipping and also the cost of any damaged part due to improper packaging.
